For the year ending 31 March 2025 the LLP was entitled to exemption under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 (as applied to LLPs) relating to small LLPs.
The members acknowledge their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Companies Act 2006 (as applied to LLPs) with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts.
These accounts have been prepared and delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to LLPs subject to the small LLPs regime. The profit and loss account has not been delivered to the Registrar of Companies.

The accounts have been prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with FRS 102, the Financial Reporting Standard applicable in the UK and Republic of Ireland (as applied to small entities by section 1A of the standard) and the Statement of Recommended Practice (SORP), Accounting by Limited Liability Partnerships.
The accounts are presented in £ sterling.

The LLP owns a property which it is seeking to develop and at the moment planning permission is being sought for that development. One partner Wedge Homes Ltd, is progressing that application and funding any costs that require to be paid.

Loans and other debts due to members rank equally with debts due to other unsecured creditors in the event of a winding up.
During the year the partners in the LLP lent money to the LLP to buy the property and start the process of obtaining planning and developing the site. It is the intention that the partners will contribute equally to the scheme. At the year end Wedge Homes Ltd were owed £84,453 (2024 : £84,453) and JW Cline Road Ltd £75,000 (2024 : £75,000).

Transactions with related parties
As per note 3, Wedge Homes Ltd, a partner, is funding the costs of the application to develop the property owned by the LLP. These costs will be recharged when the application is successful.
