During the 2023/24 financial year, Inside Success Union CIC continued to deliver significant social impact through our core mission of empowering and inspiring young people aged 16–24 across the United Kingdom, particularly those facing barriers to education, employment, or stable housing. Employment and Skills Development Over the year, we employed more than 500 young people aged 16–24, many of whom were NEET (Not in Education, Employment or Training) or experiencing homelessness. Through our structured employment and training model, participants gained real-world experience in media, marketing, sales, and communication, enabling them to build confidence, develop professional skills, and move closer to long-term employment and stability. Mental Health and Wellbeing Support Recognising the growing need for youth mental health support, Inside Success Union CIC offered free counselling sessions and wellbeing workshops throughout the year. These sessions provided a safe, confidential space for young people to talk, seek guidance, and access emotional support, helping to reduce isolation and improve overall wellbeing. Education and Inspiration Through Media We successfully produced and distributed four 52-page quarterly editions of Inside Success Magazine, with a combined circulation exceeding 100,000 copies sold and distributed nationwide. Each issue was created by young people, for young people, providing inspirational content, success stories, and practical information on personal development, careers, and mental health. The magazine continues to be one of our most powerful tools for education, empowerment, and positive representation of youth voices. Industry Exposure and Workshops Throughout 2023/24, we delivered over 52 workshops designed to introduce young people to a wide range of industries from creative arts and digital media to business, finance, and technology. These workshops provided young people with first-hand insights, mentoring opportunities, and clear pathways into employment or entrepreneurship, bridging the gap between aspiration and opportunity. Through these activities, Inside Success Union CIC has made a measurable difference to the lives of hundreds of young people, improving confidence, employability, wellbeing, and community engagement. Our work continues to reduce social inequality by creating practical opportunities for those most at risk of exclusion, while promoting a culture of ambition, resilience, and collective success.
