Directors advances, credits and guarantees
During the period the Director's loan account transactions with Matthew Guarente were advances to the Director of £90,250 funds introduced to the business by the Director of £77,405 and interest charged to the Director of £767 charged at a rate of 2.25%. The balance due to the Company at 31st March 2025 was £25,884, this was repaid in full on 22 September 2025.
