Included in the above creditors balance are loans from the directors which are interest free loans and are repayable on demand. The balances at 28 February 2025 are:Turlough Martin £24,164 and Donal Martin £15,374. Balances at 29 February 2024 are Turlough Martin £40,267 Donal Martin £13,664
For the year ending 28 February 2025 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.
Directors responsiblities:

The members have not required the company to obtain an audit of its accounts for the year in question in accordance with section 476.

The directors acknowledge their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Act with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts.
