For the financial period ending 31 July 2025 the Company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.

Directors' responsibilities:

•	The members have not required the Company to obtain an audit of its accounts for the period in question in accordance with section 476; and
•	The Directors acknowledge their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Act with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts.

These financial statements have been prepared and delivered in accordance with the micro-entity provisions of the Companies Act 2006 and delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime.

These financial statements have been delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime. As permitted by section 444 (5A) of the Companies Act 2006, the Directors have not delivered to the registrar a copy of the Profit and Loss Account.

Basis of preparation

The financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with FRS 105 'The Financial Reporting Standard applicable to the Micro-entities Regime'.

The financial statements are prepared in sterling which is the functional currency of the company and have been expressed rounded to the nearest pound.

Going concern
The financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis, the validity of which depends upon the continued funding of Lincolnshire Machinery Ring Limited. The balance sheet at 31st July, 2025 is insolvent by £31,512, but included in the company's liabilities is £30,084 owed to Lincolnshire Machinery Ring Limited. This amount has no formal repayment terms, but these funds are unlikely to be withdrawn at short notice. The financial statements therefore do not include any adjustment that would result from a failure to obtain continued support from Lincolnshire Machinery Ring Limited.
