Statutory Information

1.	Accounting Policies Basis of accounting The financial statements are prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with the FRS 105 Financial Reporting Standard for Micro Entities (effective January 2016).

2.	Average number of employees Average number of employees during the year were 2 (2023: 2).

3.	Director Loan Account At 30th November 2024 there was £11562.78 owed to the company by Rogerio Da Silva and £3639.7 owed to the company by Daniela Da Silva. The loan is interest bearing, unsecured and has no set repayment terms.
