For the period ended 31 March 2025 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 480 of the Companies Act 2006.

Members have not required the company to obtain an audit for the period in question in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.

The directors acknowledge their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Companies Act 2006 with respect to accounting records and the preparation of financial statements.

The financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime and in accordance with the provisions of FRS 102 Section 1A - small entities.

The financial statements have been delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime.

The company has opted not to file the income statement in accordance with provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies' regime.

1.	General information

The company is a private company limited by shares and is incorporated in England and Wales. The registered office and the principal place of business of the company is 7 Bell Yard, London, WC2A 2JR. The company registration number is 14985355.

2.Accounting policies

2.1

Basis of preparation of financial statements

The financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention unless otherwise specified within these accounting policies and in accordance with Section 1A of Financial Reporting Standard 102, 'The Financial Reporting Standard applicable in the UK and Republic of Ireland' ('FRS 102') and the Companies Act 2006.
The preparation of financial statements in compliance with FRS 102 requires the use of certain critical accounting estimates. It also requires management to exercise judgement in applying the company's accounting policies.
The following principal accounting policies have been applied:

2.2

Dormant status

The company was dormant (within the meaning of section 480 of the Companies Act 2006) during the period ended 31 March 2025. The company has not traded during the period. The company received no income and incurred no expenditure and therefore made neither profit nor loss.

2.3

Debtors

Short-term debtors are measured at transaction price, less any impairment.

Employees

The average monthly number of employees during the period was nil (2024 - nil).
