Because of the work of 20's Plenty for Us CIC, communities across the UK are seeing the benefit of lower speed limits where people live, work, play and learn. This is resulting in fewer road casualties and less trauma for those involved, whether as professionals or as members of the public.
We send out newsletters to our campaigners and respond to their questions. We hold public webinars that are attended by local government representatives - councillors and officers - and by members of the public. We liaise closely with those that provide us with funding to ensure that we are using their funds appropriately. We have working groups of councillors and officers in those Highway Authorities that are implementing 20mph speed limits locally.
No remuneration was received
