Included within creditors is an amount of £620 (2024: £nil) due to Sparrow Aviation Services Limited, a company in which Mr M M Sperling is a director and shareholder.

Included within creditors is a balance of £9,599 (2024: £nil) due to the director of the company.

At the time of approving the financial statements, the director has a reasonable expectation that the company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future. Thus the director continues to adopt the going concern basis of accounting in preparing the financial statements.

The validity of this assumption depends on the continuing support of the director, shareholders and creditors.

If the company were unable to continue in existence for the foreseeable future, adjustments would be necessary to reduce the balance sheet values of assets to their recoverable.
