1	Accounting policies
	The accounts have been prepared under the historical cost convention.


2	Controlling party

	The company was under the control of Mr G M Jenkins, one of the directors, until 13 February 2024 when he passed away. The shares form part of his estate, the executors of which are dealing with the transfer of the shares, in accordance with Mr Jenkins' will.
