London Metropolitan Forum CIC (LMF) operates in alignment with its core mandate to serve as a catalyst for transformational change within communities and society at large. Our vision is to inspire and empower young adults to become positive change-makers who shape the future with purpose and integrity. LMF is committed to transforming societal ecosystems by influencing policies, systems, and structures that perpetuate discrimination, inequality, poverty, and marginalisation. Our work promotes values and principles rooted in the Kingdom ethos, encouraging justice, compassion, and empowerment for all. Through a blend of workshops, events, and conferences, delivered both virtually and in person, we provide opportunities for young people to gain practical skills and spiritual grounding. Leveraging modern technology and social media, LMF creates accessible spaces for learning, networking, and personal growth. Our key programmes include: Financial literacy and management workshops. Back-to-University and Graduate Support initiatives. Career development and progression sessions, including employment preparation and CV writing. Lifestyle and personal development seminars aimed at equipping young adults to live fulfilling, purpose-driven lives. LMF also operates a dedicated think tank focused on exploring and addressing pressing societal issues through research, dialogue, and advocacy. Ultimately, our goal is to nurture the next generation of godly leaders across key sectors of society. LMF’s services are open to young adults and Christian-led businesses, fostering collaboration, innovation, and long-term community impact.
London Metropolitan Forum CIC (LMF) designs and delivers its activities with active input from its stakeholders, who share and uphold the organisation’s vision and values. Our stakeholder network includes young adults, mentors, directors, and partner organisations who collectively contribute to shaping the direction and impact of our work. Young adults play a central role in LMF’s operations, leading and managing approximately 90% of events and activities, under the guidance and supervision of the organisation’s directors and assigned mentors. This participatory approach ensures that programmes remain relevant, inclusive, and reflective of the needs of our target community. Regular meetings and consultation sessions are held to discuss upcoming initiatives, evaluate progress, and identify opportunities for improvement. These sessions foster open dialogue, encourage innovation, and ensure alignment with LMF’s core ethics and long-term vision. This collaborative approach has significantly enhanced membership engagement, improved communication and transparency, and strengthened our capacity to build partnerships and deliver services effectively within the community. In August 2024, LMF secured a grant to run CV workshops and readiness for employment. This grant has resulted to an increase in membership and more participation of stakeholders.
