Additional information
The directors are owners of the four households in Chynham Place who pay a fixed monthly fee to cover shared expenses, with any excess being held to build up a reserve for any future major expense, such as resurfacing of the communal roadway. The company does not produce any income or revenue other than the contributions from the four households, and as such no corporation tax has been paid as there are no profits or income outside of the directors' contributions.
