During the year, Mr C Sowton repaid his loan to the company. As at 31st January 2025, the balance owed to the company was £Nil (2024: £2,536). The balance represented the maximum outstanding during the year and the loan is interest free and repayable on demand.

For the year ended 31 January 2025 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.

The director acknowledges his responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Companies Act 2006 with respect to accounting records and the preparation of financial statements.
