The company is a private company limited by shares and registered in England and Wales. It was dormant and has not traded during this reporting period and it was entitled to exemption from audit under section 480 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to dormant companies.
The members have not required the company to obtain an audit in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.
The Director acknowledges their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Act with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts.
These accounts have been prepared in accordance with the micro-entity provisions and delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime.
Additional Disclosures
The directors have resolved to wind down the affairs of the company. The business has ceased trading, and all operational activities have come to an end. The company is in the process of realising its remaining assets, settling outstanding liabilities, and distributing any residual funds to shareholders in accordance with its Articles of Association and the Companies Act 2006. These financial statements have therefore been prepared on a non-going concern basis, as the directors do not intend for the company to continue trading. Appropriate adjustments have been made where necessary to reflect the recoverability of assets and the settlement of liabilities in the context of the winding-down process. Accordingly, these accounts represent the final set of financial statements prior to the company’s intended closure.
