The company runs water confidence sessions for women in order to increase leisure centers and other resources uptake. This activity that has very low uptake in a large sector of the community. The companies activities benefited the community by increasing wellness and well being, reduce ill heath and increase awareness about sources of help and advice in other marginalized and minoritised communities. This will help them thrive become more productive and to support community activities events Raising awareness of water safety to reduce unnecessary deaths and injuries, our area of operation have many bodies of water including dams the Thames river lakes and canals. large sectors of communities are lacking in water skills and water safety awareness as they are migrant communities Increase in integration and community cohesion in order to foster thriving and productive communities Increase community cohesion in fun and relaxed way.
consultation with the city council and other organisation including community workers, leisure center mangers and contractors as well as the communities in question It has been agreed the service greatly needed and much has been put in the centers in a bid to attract these communities. measures includes women only swim sessions and screens since some comunities will not swim if men are present the women lack the skill and therefore have not been able to take up the activity in spite of the positive adjustments others have never been to a gym before and going as a group with a lead gives the copnfidence
