Principal Activities

The principal activity of the company in the period under review was: Software Training and Consultancy

Political and charitable donations

No political or charitable donations were made during the year

Company policy on the employment of disabled persons

It is the company’s policy to give employment to disabled persons wherever practicable and in accordance with Section 75 of the Northern Ireland Act 1998. At present there are no registered disabled Directors or staff employed by the company

Additional information

The company was trading throughout the entire accounting period. PAYE employee was acting in secondary job capacity on a limited part-time basis leading to low revenue and subsequent trading loss.
