| Taxation for the year comprises current and deferred tax. Tax is recognised in the Income Statement, except to the extent that it relates to items recognised in other comprehensive income or directly in equity. |

| The directors consider the freehold interest in Clifton Lane Sports Ground, Rotherham, constitutes an investment property as defined in the Financial Reporting Standard 102 Section 1A. Consequently, no depreciation is provided. |
| The last professional valuation of £150,000 was made as at 27 July 2017 and was based on current use value, exclusive of any potential value for alternative uses. This was carried out by Burgess Commercial Limited. The directors have updated this valuation based on the relative increase in rental income from 2017 to 2025. The directors consider this valuation approximates to the fair value at 31 March 2025. |
