3. Going Concern
These financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis. At 31st July 2025 the company had net liabilities of £30,251. Included within this is a loan due to the director totalling £305,854. Whilst this is available to repay on demand, the director intends to continue to support the company for a period of at least 12 months from the date of these financial statements. The director also considers that the company retains sufficient working capital to continue trading for the foreseeable future.
For the year ending 31 July 2025 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.
The member has not required the company to obtain an audit in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.
The director acknowledges her responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Act with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts.
These accounts have been prepared in accordance with the micro-entity provisions and delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime.
