1. Average number of employees

   During the period the average number of employees, including directors, was 0 (to 31 Jan 2025: 0).

FEERC - FOUR ELEMENTS ENVIRONMENTAL RESOURCING COMPANY (INTERNATIONAL) LIMITED (12433967) is a private company limited by shares incorporated in England and Wales. The registered office address is 4 , Viceroy Court, High Street South, Dunstable, LU6 3HW, England. The company is currently in the process of being wound up.

For the period ending 14 October 2025 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.

The members have not required the company to obtain an audit of its financial statements for the period ended 14 October 2025 in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.
