1 Statutory information
Pdsteward Engineering Limited is a private company, limited by shares, registered in England and Wales, registration number 13970682. The registered office is 66 Seymour Avenue, null null, Epsom, KT17 2RR, England.
2 Guarantees and other financial commitments
Prior period adjustment During the preparation of these financial statements, the directors identified errors in the company’s previous financial statements for the years ended 31 March 2023 and 31 March 2024. These errors related to the incorrect treatment of retained earnings, misclassification of balances, and omission of cumulative profit from prior years. As a result, a prior period adjustment has been made to opening retained earnings as at 1 April 2024, increasing them by £6,986. This adjustment does not affect the profit or loss for the current year or the company’s cash flows but ensures that the balance sheet and reserves now reflect the correct cumulative position.

During the year the average number of employees was 1 (2024: 1).

For the year ending 31 March 2025 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies. The members have not required the company to obtain an audit in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.
The director acknowledges his responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Act with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts.
These accounts have been prepared in accordance with the micro-entity provisions of the Companies Act 2006 and FRS 105, The Financial Reporting Standard applicable to the Micro-entities Regime. The accounts have been delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime. The profit and loss account has not been delivered to the Registrar of Companies.
