During this financial year, Neter Maat Centre CIC has continued to support the well-being and development of our local community through a range of inclusive and accessible activities. We have provided educational sessions, yoga, meditation, sound baths, chess classes for children, and spiritual development workshops aimed at improving both mental and emotional well-being. In addition, we have offered our space for community use, supporting local practitioners, small businesses, and groups who need an affordable venue for their activities. On certain days, we have also provided free meditation sessions to ensure that community members from all backgrounds can benefit from a peaceful and supportive environment. Through these activities, we have promoted community cohesion, encouraged healthy lifestyles, and provided a safe and welcoming space for individuals to connect, learn, and support their overall well-being.
