Company activities and impact

During the financial year, our company has continued to deliver a wide range of creative wellbeing programmes designed to support individuals of all ages in enhancing their mental, emotional, and social wellbeing. Our activities span workshops, events, and community projects that use creativity such as art, music, movement, storytelling, and mindfulness practices as powerful tools for connection, expression, and healing. We have worked across schools, care homes, community centres, and online platforms to ensure accessibility and inclusivity in all our offerings. This year, we launched intergenerational programmes that brought together children and older adults through shared creative experiences, helping to reduce loneliness, foster empathy, and build stronger community ties. Our tailored wellbeing initiatives have supported people living with mental health challenges, neurodivergent individuals, carers, and those experiencing social isolation. Through creative engagement, we’ve provided safe, supportive spaces for self-expression, confidence-building, and personal growth. The impact of our work has been evident through participant feedback, partner testimonials, and observed outcomes such as improved mood, increased social interaction, and enhanced self-esteem. By placing creativity at the heart of wellbeing, we have helped make mental health support more engaging, approachable, and effective for diverse communities.
