1. General Information
 

Castaway Spa and Beauty Ltd is a private company, limited by shares, and incorporated in Northern Ireland. The Registered office of the company is 56 Greenpark Road, Rostrevor, Co. Down, BT34 3HA, which is also the principal place of business. The company registration number is NI650613.  

The financial statements have been presented in Pound Sterling (£) which is also the functional currency of the company.

The financial statements represent the individual entity, Castaway Spa and Beauty Ltd for the year ended 31 January 2025.
   
2. Going concern
 
At the year ended 31 January 2025 the financial statements were showing a net liability of £44,550 (2024: £44,550). The director has provided assurances that he will continue to finance the company until such time as it becomes profitable. As such the financial statements have been prepared on the going concern basis.
       
3. Employees
 
The company did not employ any employees during the year ended 2025, nor in the comparative year.
     
For the financial year ended 31 January 2025 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006.
 
The director confirms that the members have not required the company to obtain an audit of its financial statements for the financial year in question in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.
 
The director acknowledges his responsibilities for ensuring that the company keeps accounting records which comply with section 386 and for preparing financial statements which give a true and fair view of the state of affairs of the company as at the end of the financial year and of its profit and loss for the financial year in accordance with the requirements of sections 394 and 395 and which otherwise comply with the requirements of the Companies Act 2006 relating to financial statements, so far as applicable to the company.
 
These financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the provisions available to micro-entities in Part 15 of the Companies Act 2006 and delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies' regime.
 
The company has taken advantage of the exemption under section 444 not to file the Director's Report, Abridged Profit and Loss Account.
