| The Corporation Tax Credit results from a credit of £ 45,453 relating to 22/23 as well as a credit of £ 10,386 relating to 24. This is as a result of an HMRC inquiry into R&D tax credits claimed for the years ending 31 March 2022 and 2023 which was decided in Major Digital's favour. Consequently the provisions made against Corporation tax have been fully released against the current year charge of £ 50,016. |

| The Directors benefitted from an overdraft facility in the year. This is repayable on demand and the company charges interest of 3% on balances outstanding at the year end. |
