For the year ending 30 June 2024 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies. The members have not required the company to obtain an audit in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.
The directors acknowledge their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Act with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts.
These accounts have been prepared and delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies' regime and in accordance with the provisions of FRS 102 Section 1A - Small Entities. The profit and loss account has not been delivered to the Registrar of Companies.

Transactions with related parties
The company is related to Apps IT Limited by virtue of a common director and shareholder. At the balance sheet date included in amounts due to group undertakings is an amount of £1,520,796 (2023 £1,355,966) owed to Apps IT Limited. The 2023 balance has been restated. The company is related to CCI AIT Limited by virtue of a common director and shareholder. At the balance sheet date included in amounts due to group undertakings is an amount of £8,223 (2023 £8,223) owed to CCI AIT Limited. At the balance sheet date included in amounts due to group undertakings is an amount of £406,337 (2023 £406,337) owed to the Escrow Fund. At the balance sheet date included in amounts due to group undertakings is £1,400,928 (2023 £1,400,928) classified as non-current. During a prior period, a fellow group undertaking advanced £2,240,475 to the company. This loan attracts interest of 6.5% and 8% per annum and is repayable over a period of 5 years.
