Methley United provides significant community benefit by offering inclusive football opportunities for people of all ages and abilities within the local area. The club currently runs 51 teams, ranging from Under 5s to Veterans, across both the male and female game, ensuring that football is accessible to all members of the community. With over 600 registered players, Methley United promotes physical activity, teamwork, and social inclusion. Although the club does not operate a specific disability section, approximately 5% of players have a registered disability, and we actively encourage and support them to participate in mainstream football. This approach helps to foster inclusivity, equality, and community cohesion. Through football, Methley United brings people together, promotes wellbeing, and contributes positively to the local area.
