1. Directors' advances, credits and guarantees

There are no requirements to disclose any further material transactions with the director other than £350,000 included in creditors due over one year.

There are no material transactions with the directors requiring further disclosure other than as disclosed in creditor loans due more one year.

For the year ending 28 February 2025 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.

Directors' responsibilities:
