During this financial year, Hardknox Boxing CIC continued to provide accessible, inclusive boxing sessions for children, young people and adults in the local community. Our sessions focused on improving physical fitness, confidence and emotional wellbeing, particularly supporting individuals who face social, financial or educational barriers. We worked closely with local schools and alternative provisions to deliver structured boxing and mentoring programmes, giving young people at risk of exclusion a positive outlet and sense of belonging. The CIC has helped participants develop discipline, resilience and self-esteem through sport, while also promoting community cohesion and positive mental health.
Hardknox Boxing CIC regularly engages with a range of stakeholders, including local schools, parents, participants, and community partners. We gather feedback through direct conversations, session feedback forms, and informal check-ins with teachers and parents to understand the needs of our members. As a result, we’ve adapted class times to make sessions more accessible, introduced quieter sessions for individuals with sensory sensitivities, and continued to expand our youth engagement programmes based on community demand.
Yes. One director received remuneration during the year in relation to coaching and session delivery. Payments were made at standard coaching rates in line with the CIC’s community programmes. No other directors received remuneration.
No transfer of assets other than for full consideration
