Additional Disclosures
GOING CONCERN At the end of the financial period, the Company's liabilities exceeded it's assets. During the year the company incurred some pre-trading expenses and these were met by the Director who continues support for the foreseeable future, as such the financial statements are presented on a going concern basis.
