Additional Disclosures
GOING CONCERN At the financial year end the Company's liabilities exceeded its' assets due to early start up costs. The Directors financially supported the early start up costs and continue to meet Company obligations for the foreseeable future. The Company financial statements are therefore provided on a Going Concern basis.
