1	General information

Guilbert UK Pension Trustees Limited (the 'company') is a private company limited by share capital, registered in England and Wales under the Companies Act. The address of the registered office is given on page 1.

2	Staff numbers

The average number of persons employed by the company (including directors) during the year, was 0 (2024 - 0).

3	Company status

The company has been dormant, as defined in Section 480 of the Companies Act 2006, throughout the year.

The company was incorporated on 23 March 1993. The company acts as a Trustee of the Guilbert UK Retirement Benefits Plan. The records of all transactions entered are incorporated in the books and financial statements of the Plan. The company appoints members of the board of Guilbert UK Retirement Benefits Plan, which was available for all employees of the Guilbert UK Holdings Limited Group until 1 October 2000, when the Plan was closed to new members.

For the financial year ending 5 April 2025 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 480 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to dormant companies.

Directors' responsibilities:

•	The members have not required the company to obtain an audit of its accounts for the year in question in accordance with section 476; and
•	The directors acknowledge their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Act with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts.

These financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the micro-entity provisions of the Companies Act 2006 and delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime and the option not to file the Income Statement has been taken.
