Related party transactions are conducted with other parties with which Hodder Court (South) Ltd has a close relationship,
namely Hodder Court Residents' and Hodder Court South Residents' Association; formed by the residents of Hodder Court as a
voluntary body, for the sole purpose to maintain common areas of interest for leaseholders who have been granted leases on
similar terms, and whose lease includes provisions for payment of a variable service charge.
Service charge monies from members who are leaseholders are held on trust by each respective Residents’ Associations, in
accordance with section 42, Landlord and Tenant Act 1987. At the 30th September 2025, Hodder Court Residents’ Association
holds £7985.92 and Hodder Court South Residents’ Association holds £10862.76
