1.	Accounting Policies Basis of accounting The financial statements are prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with the FRS 105 Financial Reporting Standard for Micro Entities (effective January 2016).

3.	Directors Advances and Credits As at the year end, 30th June 2025, the Director owed the company £244.23. The loan is interest-free, unsecured and has no set repayment terms.

4.	Closure note The company ceased trading as of 30/06/2025.
