Our work has been undertaken solely to prepare for your approval the accounts of Yinka Ilori Homeware Limited and state those matters that we have agreed to state to them, as a body, in this report. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we do not accept or assume responsibility to anyone other than Yinka Ilori Homeware Limited and its Board of Directors as a body for our work or for this report.

2 Director's advances, credit and guarantees
At the balance sheet date the company had net liabilities of £94,783. The directors have received confirmation from the shareholders that they will continue to provide financial support for a period of at least twelve months from the date of approval of these financial statements. On this basis, the directors consider it appropriate to prepare the financial statements on a going concern basis.

For the year ending 31 March 2025 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies. The members have not required the company to obtain an audit in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.
The director acknowledges his responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Act with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts.
These accounts have been prepared in accordance with the micro-entity provisions of the Companies Act 2006 and FRS 105, The Financial Reporting Standard applicable to the Micro-entities Regime. The accounts have been delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime. The profit and loss account has not been delivered to the Registrar of Companies.
