These accounts have been prepared in accordance with the micro-entity provisions and delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime.

The average number of persons employed by the company in the period was 1 (previous period: 1).
Additional Disclosures
During the year the company has undergone conversion from FRS 102(1a) to FRS 105. The comparative statement of financial position has been restated to be consistent with the framework under FRS 105. As a result, equity brought forward has decreased from £34,049 to £31,707.
