During the year to 31st January 2025, the loan of £13,214 due by the company to the Estate of Mr M W
Wood Deceased was transferred to Mrs M S Wood, a director of the company. Further payments of
£337 were made during the year on behalf of company by Mrs Wood. The balance of the loan
outstanding at 31st January 2025 was £13,552. The loan is interest free and repayable on demand.
At 1st February 2024, Mr R M W Wood, a director of the company had an outstanding loan due from
the company of £26 (2024: £13). During the year ended 31st January 2025, Mr Wood made further
payments of £34 (2024: £13) on behalf of company. The balance of the loan outstanding at 31st
January 2025 was £60. The loan is interest free and repayable on demand.
