On 17th October 2023 the Competition and Markets Authority (CMA) launched a Market investigation into the Admixtures industry in the UK. Several companies were included including Cement Admixtures Association Limited, due to these organisations being linked to an EU trade Association which is being investigated in the EU.
At present the directors are unable to quantify the potential cost implication of the investigation linked to Cement Admixtures Association limited, due to the ongoing nature of the case. At present the investigation has not concluded its finding, resulting in no assumptions being formed regarding potential infringements.
