Directors advances, credits and guarantees
At the start of the year the company owed £7,702 to the director. During the year the director was due £362 in expenses and withdrew £8,050. At the year end the company owed the director £14.
For the year ending 31 January 2025 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.
