The directors acknowledge their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Act with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts.
These accounts have been prepared and delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies' regime and in accordance with the provisions of FRS 102 Section 1A - Small Entities. The profit and loss account has not been delivered to the Registrar of Companies.

Compliance with accounting standards

The principal accounting policies adopted in the preparation of the financial statements are set out below and have remained unchanged from the previous year, and also have been consistently applied within the same accounts.
Basis of preparation
The accounts have been prepared under the historical cost convention as modified by the revaluation of certain fixed assets.
Presentation currency
The accounts are presented in £ sterling.
Turnover
Turnover is measured at the fair value of the consideration received or receivable, excluding discounts, rebates, value added tax and other sales taxes.
Tangible fixed assets and depreciation
Tangible assets are included at cost less depreciation and impairment. Depreciation has been provided at the following rates in order to write off the assets over their estimated useful lives

Transactions with related parties
Mathias Software Limited has a loan outstanding to Longfellow Dental practice in the sum of £66000 (2024 £66000) in which Dr C Mathias is a partner. A loan of £136221 (2024 £135212) was advanced to Oakside Property Limited (12276302) a company wholly owned by the Directors of Mathias Software Limited . A loan of £41316(2024 £45251) was advanced to Oakryse Properties Limited ( 12895110) in which Mr C Mathias has 50% shareholding . Mathias Software received a loan of £10000 ( 2024 £10000) from Camdent Limited (09066476) which is wholly owned by Mrs A Mathias who is a Director of Mathias Software Limited. A loan was made to Mathias DC Limited14253170 in the sum of £366234 (2024 £342000) . This is a company controlled & owned fully by the Directors of Mathias Software Limited. That company also made a charge of £50000 (2024 £50000) to Mathias Software for management services as part of its initial set up and management
