The directors present their annual report and financial statements for the year ended 30 June 2025.
Principal activities
The principal activity of the company in the year under review was that of the management of properties at
51 - 53 Sloane Gardens.
Review of the business
The Company acts as a trustee in respect of service charge monies collected with the above property. Details of service charge monies have been excluded from the accounts as the company acts only in a trustee capacity in this connection. Seperate service charge accounts are prepared and certified.

For the financial year ended 30 June 2025 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 480 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to dormant companies.
The members have not required the company to obtain an audit of its financial statements for the year in question in accordance with section 476.
The directors acknowledge their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Companies Act 2006 with respect to accounting records and the preparation of financial statements.
These financial statements have been prepared and delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime.
The directors of the company have elected not to include a copy of the income and expenditure account within the financial statements.true
