During the year the company made advances of £71,115 to the directors. These were repayable on demand. The company received repayments of £58,890 from the directors. Interest was charged to the directors on a daily basis at a rate of 2.25%. At the year end the directors owed the company £12,225.

The members have not required the company to obtain an audit of its financial statements for the year in question in accordance with section 476.
