   During the period the average number of employees, including directors, was 2 (2023: 2).

G-FORSE TRAINING SOLUTIONS LIMITED (11590707) is a private company limited by shares incorporated in England and Wales. The registered office address is Office 2.22, Cleethorpe Road, Telegraph House Business Centre, Grimsby, DN31 3EF, England.

For the period ending 28 October 2024 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.

The member has not required the company to obtain an audit of its financial statements for the period ended 28 October 2024 in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.

The director acknowledges their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Companies Act 2006 with respect to accounting records and the preparation of financial statements.
