3. Contingent Liabilities

The Directors of the company wish to disclose a contingent liability in relation to a loan from Chptr3 for the purchase of land for development. At the time of preparing the Financial Statements there is not a loan agreement in place for this loan and the options for loan term and finance structure are yet to be agreed.

Included in the accounts is a provision of interest charged on this loan however this amount is not agreed by all Directors at the time of preparing the accounts. The amount of interest charged on the loan has been included as a probable contingent liability and is subject to change once the loan agreement is in place. There is expected to be an adjustment to the amount of the interest charged on the loan and applied to this financial year.

For the year ending 31 August 2024 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.

The members have not required the company to obtain an audit in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.

The directors acknowledge their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Act with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts.

These accounts have been prepared in accordance with the micro-entity provisions and delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime.
