The directors present their report with the financial statements of the company for the period ended 31 March 2025

Principal activities of the company

The charity is a CIC and its registered address is 27 Dells Close, London. The basis of preparation - the accounts have been prepared under the historical cost convention and FRS 105. For the financial year ended 31st March 2025, the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies. Directors responsibilities - the members have not required the company to obtain an audit of its accounts for the year in question, in accordance with section 476, and the Directors acknowledges responsibility for complying with the requirements of the act with respect to accounting records and the preparation of the accounts. These financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the micro entity provisions of the Companies Act 2006 and delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime. The principal activities of the CIC is that it is for members and volunteers to fish and continue the conservation work that has been going on for decades.

Company activities and impact

The CIC is for the local people and during the year, a lot of people have benefited from the CIC. Members and visitors also helps with the conservation work. The activities are mainly for the locals who visits the lake to fish and socialise with other like minded individuals. The community benefits by having a place to meet and also to continue the conservation work that has been going on for decades.
