Chartered Accountants' Report to the Director for the preparation of the unaudited
financial statements
In order to assist you to fulfil your duties under the Companies Act 2006, we have prepared for your approval the financial statements of Zamann Specialist Cars Ltd for the year ended 31 October 2024 which comprise the Profit and loss account, Balance sheet and the notes to the financial statements from the company's accounting records and from information and explanations you have given us.
As a member firm of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW), we are subject to its ethical and other professional requirements which are detailed within the ICAEW's regulations and guidance at https://www.icaew.com/regulation.
This report is made solely to the Director of Zamann Specialist Cars Ltd, in accordance with the terms of our engagement letter. Our work has been undertaken solely to prepare for your approval the financial statements of Zamann Specialist Cars Ltd and state those matters that we have agreed to state to them in this report in accordance with ICAEW Technical Release 07/16AAF. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we do not accept or assume responsibility to anyone other than Zamann Specialist Cars Ltd and its Director for our work, or for this report.
It is your duty to ensure that Zamann Specialist Cars Ltd has kept adequate accounting records and to prepare statutory accounts that give a true and fair view of the assets, liabilities, financial position and loss of Zamann Specialist Cars Ltd. You consider that Zamann Specialist Cars Ltd is exempt from the statutory audit requirement for the year.
We have not been instructed to carry out an audit or a review of the accounts of Zamann Specialist Cars Ltd. For this reason, we have not verified the accuracy or completeness of the accounting records or information and explanations you have given to us and we do not, therefore, express any opinion on the statutory financial statements.

1 Company information
Zamann Specialist Cars Ltd is a private company registered in England and Wales. Its registered number is 08249658. The company is limited by shares. Its registered office is Queens Road Works, Queens Road, Halifax, West Yorkshire, HX1 3XY.
2 Off-balance sheet arrangements
During the financial period, the company did not enter into any off-balance sheet arrangements that require disclosure under FRS 105.
3 Average number of employees
During the year the average number of employees was 3 (2023 - 3).
4 Advances, credit and guarantees granted to the director
During the financial year, the company did not grant any advances, credits, or guarantees to directors, nor were any such arrangements outstanding at the year-end. All transactions with directors were conducted at arm's length and in accordance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements. Where applicable, disclosures have been made in accordance with Section 413 of the Companies Act 2006.
5 Guarantees and other financial commitments
During the accounting period, the company did not enter into any guarantees or financial commitments that are not included in the balance sheet.

6 Related party transactions
During the accounting period, the company entered into transactions with Zamann Properties Ltd, a separately owned entity with which it maintains an intercompany loan account. The director considers Zamann Properties Ltd to be a related party due to common control and significant influence. The loan was made on terms equivalent to those that prevail in arm's length transactions and is repayable on demand. No interest was charged on the loan during the period. The balance outstanding at the year- end was £319,052 (2023: £325,832).
The company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies for the year ended 31 October 2024.
The members have not required the company to obtain an audit in accordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.
The director acknowledges their responsibilities to comply with the Companies Act 2006 in respect to accounting records and the preparation of financial statements.
The financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the micro-entity provisions.
The financial statements have been delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime.
