The directors have chosen to not file a copy of the company’s profit and loss account under section 444 (5A) Companies Act 2006.

1.	Accounting policies

	Statutory information
	The company is a private company limited by shares and registered in England and Wales. The company's registered number and registered office address can be found on the Company Information page.

	Statement of compliance
	The financial statements have been prepared in compliance with FRS 102 Section 1A as it applies to the financial statements for the period and there were no material departures from the reporting standard.

	Revenue from sale of goods
	Turnover from the sale of goods is recognised when the significant risks and rewards of ownership of the goods have transferred to the buyer. Turnover from the rendering of services is recognised by reference to the stage of completion of the contract. The stage of completion of a contract is measured by comparing the costs incurred for work performed to date to the total estimated contract costs.

	Short term creditors are measured at transaction price (which is usually the invoice price). Loans and other financial liabilities are initially recognised at transaction price net of any transaction costs and subsequently measured at amortised cost determined using the effective interest method.

7.	Obligations under finance leases

	The company entered into a finance lease for a vehicle. The outstanding balance due within one year is £NIL (2024 : £4,369). The balance due within 3 years is £NIL (2024: £4,369). On settlement of the final payment, ownership of the vehicle passes to the company. The lease vehicle was transferred at the year end to an associated party (Into Cleaning LTD), therefore leaving a balance of £NIL at the year end owed by Simple Hygiene Solutions LTD.

The company entered into a finance lease for a vehicle. The outstanding balance due within one year is £NIL
(2024 : £4,369). The balance due within 3 years is £NIL (2024: £4,369). On settlement of the final payment, ownership of the
vehicle passes to the company.

The lease vehicle was transferred at the year end to an associated party (Into Cleaning LTD), therefore leaving a balance of £NIL at the year end owed by Simple Hygiene Solutions LTD.

8.	Related party transactions
	During the year the company incurred a management charge from IntoCleaning LTD of £1,250 per month, representing staff and distribution costs used by Simple Hygiene Solutions Limited. This arrangement ceased in August 2023. IntoCleaning LTD is a business in which Simon Payne is a director and 80% shareholder of. The balance owed to IntoCleaning LTD, included in amounts owed to related parties at year end is £13,473 (2024 - £48,698). The balance now owed to IntoMaintenance, included in amounts owed to related parties at the year end is £2,274 (2023 - £2,274). IntoMaintenance is a sole trade business run by Simon Payne. Simple Hygiene Solutions LTD traded throughout the entire year of review, however all trade through the company was transferred at the year end to IntoCleaning Limited. Assets and stock were also transferred through the intercompany loan to IntoCleaning Limited as at 31st January 2025.
