The directors acknowledge their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Act with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts.

Transactions with related parties
Included in other debtors within one year, is an amount of £38,448, due from a connected company under common directorship. The loan is interest free and repayable on demand. At the balance sheet date, where the directors held controlling interest, the directors owed the company £82,275.
