| Basis of preparing the financial statements |
| The directors are aware that the company has net liabilities. This is due to it being the early years of trading in the company. The directors are confident that the company will trade profitably in the future. The directors have confirmed that they will not withdraw their loan accounts to the detriment of other creditors. |
| The directors have considered the financial requirements of the company and consider that it will be able to operate within its agreed finance facilities for the next 12 months. The directors therefore consider it appropriate to prepare accounts on the going concern basis. |
| Turnover |
| Turnover is measured at the fair value of the consideration received or receivable for rental income earned during the period and represents amounts receivable for services provided in the normal course of business. |
| Rental income includes both base rent and any contingent rents (e.g. turnover rent or service charges where applicable), which are recognised when the conditions for entitlement are met and the amount can be reliably measured. |

| Deferred tax |
| Deferred tax is recognised in respect of all timing differences that have originated but not reversed at the balance sheet date. |
| Timing differences arise from the inclusion of income and expenses in tax assessments in periods different from those in which they are recognised in financial statements. Deferred tax is measured using tax rates and laws that have been enacted or substantively enacted by the year end and that are expected to apply to the reversal of the timing difference. |
| Unrelieved tax losses and other deferred tax assets are recognised only to the extent that it is probable that they will be recovered against the reversal of deferred tax liabilities or other future taxable profits. |
