Successfully supported 200 young people and their families, delivering impactful programs centered around consistent and personalized mentorship. The organization’s efforts directly contributed to building resilience, self-belief, and positive transformation in the lives of those it serves. Key Focus Areas: The organization concentrated its resources on leadership development, mental well-being, family stability, and socio-economic opportunity. 50 young people successfully completed the Next Gen Leadership program, demonstrating enhanced confidence and leadership qualities. 40 families received direct, sustained support services, including parenting advice and financial guidance mentoring. D. DBL Kingston: Crowned (International Focus) This international initiative addressed significant social challenges in the Caribbean. 35 young people were enrolled in and guided through personalized development plans with dedicated mentor support. The consistent presence of mentoring support was the most critical factor in DBL CIC’s successful outcomes for the 2024/2025 period. Mentors provided: Positive Role Models: Offering youth and parents access to trusted, stable figures who modeled positive decision-making. Tailored Support: Adapting guidance to individual circumstances, transforming generic advice into practical, personal solutions. This commitment to the relationship-based mentoring model ensured that the benefit to the community was deep and sustainable, rather than merely transient.
