The Foundation of Colours CIC is a social enterprise dedicated to evolving human consciousness through the awareness of colour. We provide research, training, and community initiatives that improve well-being, deepen connection and promote unity in society. By integrating science, psychology, and spirituality we help people and organisations live and work more consciously - creating balance, compassion and collaboration for the good of the whole. In 2025, our activities have included: -Launching and hosting “The Power of Colour”, a free three-day online summit with registrations of over 700 participants globally, exploring how colour influences consciousness, well-being and creativity. -Developing three online education programmes - The Way of Knowing, The ABC of Colour, and The Gateway to the Soul of Business - to make colour-based learning accessible to individuals and professionals worldwide. -Establishing a digital learning platform via systeme.io to support future educational content and community interaction. -Publishing two community newsletters to share knowledge, insights, and inspiration with our growing international audience. Through these initiatives, we continue to create spaces for experiential learning, dialogue, and collaboration helping people understand how colour can positively influence mental health, creativity and social connection. The Foundation of Colours CIC benefits the community by: -Providing free and affordable access to education and experiential learning on the psychological and emotional impact of colour. -Supporting individuals and practitioners to develop emotional literacy, self-awareness, and resilience through colour-based approaches. -Creating a global network of learning and collaboration, fostering compassion, inclusion, and community connection. -Promoting evidence-informed understanding of colour as a bridge between science, psychology and spirituality to improve health and well-being outcomes. Our programmes encourage individuals and organisations to live and work more consciously, contributing to a more unified heart-centred society.
The Foundation of Colours CIC regularly consults with its stakeholders through online events, feedback forms and community dialogue. In 2025, our attendees in The Power of Colour summit, provided feedback that informed our direction forwards and helped us deign content for our education programmes. We maintain ongoing consultation with Colour Mirrors practitioners, coaches, and members of our growing online community via newsletters and discussion forums. This collaborative process ensures our programmes reflect and meet our community needs.
